"I can’t quite describe what Heather means to me after my experience with her as my doula and lactation specialist/consultant. I have never had a provider care for me, see me, hear me, acknowledge me, support me, and truly just love me like Heather. From our intake session, to my birth, to my postpartum experience… Everything she does, she does to the best of her abilities. Her support throughout mid-late pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum/breastfeeding was truly unmatched. She is so extremely knowledgeable and wise in her specialties and makes herself available to her clients like no other provider. Not only does she make her availability to clients a priority, but she has created a wide referral network system she is able to tailor specific to her clients' needs. Late in pregnancy, I was desperate for a massage and Heather recommended a prenatal massage therapist in my town When I was in labor, Heather was at the hospital advocating for me and supporting me as a doula. When nursing was a challenge due to my baby’s lip, tongue, and 2 buccal ties, Heather was at my house as a lactation specialist/consultant and referred to an airway centric dentist to release ties (and supported post release!) When sleep was hard to come by, Heather was offering to take the night shift for me. As I needed breastfeeding tops, Heather shopped around and found several options for me. When I found myself in need of pelvic floor therapy, Heather referred me to an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy. As I navigated postpartum, Heather continually made herself available to me. During the difficult times, she would check in. She was the only provider to give me the Postpartum Depression Severity Screening and referred me to a postpartum therapist that I really benefited from. Overall, I had a great experience with Heather. I have, and will continue to, highly recommend her. You want her in your corner " C.J.
